HOW TO SUPPORT US

Concord High School Alumni Hall of Achievement Fund (CHSAHOA), a 501(c)(3) organization, is managed and operated entirely by volunteers. Our Board is comprised of Concord HS graduates and teachers who support the mission of inspiring the current Concord HS students and want to ensure that we can direct as much of our funding as possible to those students. To that end, our Board members perform all administrative tasks required to operate the CHSAHOA. Additionally, we have no designated office location and therefore no “bricks and mortar” expenses. Concord HS generously allows us to use school meeting space, which greatly reduces our administrative overhead.

As our expenses are limited to the relatively minor cost of supplies and administrative costs required to operate as a non-profit, we can make a promise to each of our donors that the majority, if not all, of their donation will go directly towards the goal of providing scholarships to students for attendance to Student Enrichment Scholarship Program.

At this point we are in the initial growth stage of our mission. Our goal for our inaugural awards is to offer the maximum number of scholarships possible across categories- including STEM, literature and writing, arts and entertainment, music, business, education, civics/government/military, entrepreneurship, healthcare, and the trades - subject to financial constraints. We have already received a generous contribution towards an annual STEM scholarship. Your support at this point will help fund the other scholarship categories and will build the financial foundation for the future for CHS students
