This website, chsalumhoa.org, is operated by the Concord High School Alumni Hall of Achievement Fund, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, 119 Concord Avenue, Wilmington, DE 19803-2311, chsalumnihoa@gmail.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect on this website and how we use it.
What we collect
We collect personal information only when you give it to us: your name, email address, and message when you use our Contact Us form, and your name, email address, and billing information when you make a donation. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processors and are not stored by us. Our website host, Wix, also automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your messages, to process your donation and send you a receipt, to keep the records required of a non-profit organization, and to keep the website secure and working properly. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that make this website work: Wix (website hosting and forms) and Wix Payments and PayPal (donation processing). These providers may collect information about your visit under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Cookies and tracking
Wix places cookies on your browser for security, to remember your settings, and to gather basic visit statistics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. This website does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. We do not allow third parties to collect information about your activity across other websites over time.
